How far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the better! Popular dates fill up fast, especially in peak wedding season. Last-minute bookings may be available, reach out to check!
How long until we receive our gallery?
Your photos will be delivered within 4 weeks after the session.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your elopement. Just let me know in your inquiry if this is something you would like to add to your package.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
For just a ceremony and portraits, 1 hour is usually enough. If family is attending 2-3 hours is recommended. If you want to include getting ready, multiple locations, or a small celebration, 4+ hours is ideal.
Do you photograph San Diego courthouse, Santee, and Sunset Cliffs elopements?
Yes! I specialize in San Diego courthouse and City Hall elopements, as well as Santee elopements and Sunset Cliffs elopements. Whether you’re planning a quick, intimate ceremony at City Hall or a scenic cliffside celebration, I’ll capture your day beautifully and make your memories last forever.
Do you help with location and timeline planning?
Yes! I can send you my SD location guide to recommend stunning locations based on your vision, season, and accessibility needs. I’ll also help craft a timeline to ensure we make the most of your session, factoring in ideal lighting, travel time, and outfit changes. This way, everyone knows where to be and when, making the session smooth and stress-free!
✨ Pick a meaningful location – San Diego has stunning beaches, cliffs, and hidden gems. I can suggest the best spots for your vision! If you're having a courthouse elopement, consider choosing a special spot afterward for portraits to make the moment even more memorable!
✨ Plan around lighting – Golden hour (just before sunset) gives the dreamiest, most flattering photos.
✨ Make it your own – Whether it’s private vows, a special playlist, or a post-ceremony picnic, personalize your elopement for a memorable experience.
✨ Dress for comfort & movement – Flowing dresses and lightweight suits look great and allow for movement in scenic spots.
✨ Don’t forget the details – A bouquet, vow books, or a champagne toast add extra charm to your photos.
